IS THE GYM OPEN WHEN CLASSES OR TRAINING ISN'T SESSION?

The gym is not open outside of class hours as we offer classes throughout the day. However, members may use the gym during class hours if they do not wish to take class. We also offer Open Gym Saturday/Sunday 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM.

Is boxing suitable for someone who is a beginner?

ABSOLUTELY! We use boxing as our preferred method of cardiovascular training. As is everything at r[E]volution Fitness, boxing classes are adapted to the members experience level and are always work at your own pace.

WHAT MAKES REVOLUTION FITNESS SPECIAL?

We are your one stop for all of your fitness needs. Personalized Strength Training, Boxing and Conditioning Classes for your Cardiovascular Training, Nutritional Guidance and access to a coach at all times. All the benefits of personal training without the personal training cost.

HOW LONG ARE THE GROUP CLASSESS?

Boxing classes are 60 minutes in duration and Cardio/Conditioning classes are 45 minutes in duration. Strength Training Blocks are work at your own pace.

HOW MUCH DO THE GROUP CLASSESS COST?

2 Classes per week (8 classes/month) $149.99, Unlimited Classes per month $199.99.
